Refund
To return a product, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@astieks.com. The item must be unused and in original packaging.
The customer covers the return shipping cost unless the product is incorrect or defective.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, via bank transfer.
Delivery
We currently ship to Estonia, Latvia, and Finland. International shipping in Europe is calculated individually.
Delivery in Estonia takes 3–7 business days. International delivery can take up to 10 calendar days.
Delivery cost is shown at checkout. Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping.
